ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2019 in order to fix the boundaries and measure the petitioner's land to an extent of 30.5 cents out of 58 cents, comprised in Survey No.197/2A1, situated at Pothur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, by furnishing the surveyor report within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner made an application to fix the boundaries and measure the subject property to an extent of 30.5 cents out of 58 cents, comprised in Survey No.197/2A1, situated at Pothur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

3. On written instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that on receipt of the application, the second respondent issued notice to the petitioner to identify the subject property. However, the petitioner could not able to identify the subject property as per deed.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees. It is made clear that the petitioner is directed to identify the subject property as per the deed while surveying the property.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
