O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to transfer the case in F.C.O.P.No.206 of 2019, pending on the file of Family Court, Vellore to the file of Subordinate Court, Ponneri.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel on either side that though the present petition has been filed to transfer the case in F.C.O.P.No.206 of 2019, pending on the file of Family Court, Vellore to the file of Subordinate Court, Ponneri, the Parties now seek to transfer both F.C.O.P.No.206 of 2019 on the file of Family Court, Vellore and H.M.O.P.No.275 of 2019 pending before the Subordinate Court, Ponneri to anyone of the Family Courts at Chennai and they have also filed a separate memo dated 10.12.2019, consenting for the same, as it is convenient for them to reach Chennai from Redhills and Vellore.

3. In view of the above submissions and based on the memo dated 10.12.2019 filed by the parties, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed, with a direction to the Family Court, Vellore and the Subordinate Court, Ponneri to transfer the respective cases in F.C.O.P.No.206 of 2019 and H.M.O.P.No.275 of 2019 to the file of Principal Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of a copy of this order. The Principal Family Court, Chennai, after transfer of both the cases to its file, is directed to take up the matters together and proceed with the same, without adjourning the matters beyond thirty working days at any point of time and bring the issues to a logical end as expeditiously as possible. Registry is directed to communicate the above order to the Family Court, Vellore and the Subordinate Court, Ponneri forthwith. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
