This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the writ appeal.

Mr.K.Srinivasa Murthy, learned learned counsel appearing the first respondent submitted that he has no objection in this petition being allowed.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 60 days in filing the appeal is condoned and this miscellaneous petition is allowed.
