This petition is filed to condone the delay of 135 days in filing the above CRP against the Fair and Final order passed in E.A.No.100/2011 in E.P.No.103 of 2009 in RCOP No.101 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Coimbatore dated 15.12.2017.

2.Mr.M.Rajasekhar, learned counsel entered appearance for the respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner is now required to circulate the typed set of papers to the learned counsel for the respondents.

5.The Registry is now required to print the name of the counsel for the respondents, as and when the matter is posted for admission.
