This application has been filed seeking to bring on record the applicants herein as legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff late Mr.Ashok Bajaj, and rank them as plaintiffs 2-5 in the above suit. 2.Heard both sides. There is no serious objection on the side of the respondents in allowing the application.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and of the fact that bringing the legal representatives of the deceased on record, this application is ordered, accordingly.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the plaint and the plaintiffs are directed to file the amended copy by 24.01.2024.

List the suit on 24.01.2024.
