Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order in Memo No. 644/BCDFGISSSV/2019, dated 04.10.2019 passed by the Second Respondent under the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the Respondent to produce the Petitioner's son Thaniga @ Thanigachalam the detenue, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set the Petitioner's son Thaniga @ Thanigachalam Son of Palayam, Aged about 35 years the detenue herein set him at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, viz., Thaniga @ Thanigachalam S/o. Palayam, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent in proceedings Memo No. 644/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 04.10.2019. 2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu who is the son of the petitioner in G.O.Rt.No.4701 dated 19.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.

3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
