This writ petition has been filed, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to

take action on the complaint dated 01.09.2017 made by the petitioner in respect of the selection of the 3rd respondent herein for Indane LPG Distributorship in Kadayampatti, Salem District under Open Category.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Anantha Natarajan, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the respondent has considered and disposed of the complaint dated 01.09.2017 made by the petitioner vide order dated 26.10.2017.

3. Noticing the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, Ms.AL.Ganthimathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents may be recorded and the present writ petition may be dismissed.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and since the 1st respondent already disposed of the complaint made by the petitioner, no further order is required and hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
