By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner, who is a physically challenged person, has completed the course of Diploma in Teacher Education in the year 2011. In the year 2013, the petitioner completed TET test. Thereafter the petitioner made a representation on 18.06.2018 to the third respondent requesting to appoint as Teacher under Physically Challenged Quota, which was forwarded to the first respondent on 06.09.2018, but till date the same has not been considered. 3.Heard both sides.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the letter of the third respondent dated 06.09.2018 and pass orders, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
5.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the letter of the third respondent dated 06.09.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
