This writ petition has been filed to quash the order dated 21.09.2016 in Nada.Na.Ka.No.10352/2016/A2 and the consequential communication dated 21.o9.2016 sent by the fourth respondent. 2.

Heard Mr.A.Jenasenan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 produced a letter dated 26.11.2022 of the second respondent and submitted that temporary suspension has been revoked on 10.06.2022. He further submitted that fit person has not taken charge and only trustees are managing.
