[Order was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This Review Application has been filed to review the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.A.No.130 of 2019 dated 21.01.2019.

2. The writ appellate court made a finding that an employee of a Cooperative Department cannot be subjected to continuation of proceedings after more than 13 years from the date of retirement. The inordinate and unexplained delay of 10 years on the part of the disciplinary authority was taken into consideration for the purpose of allowing the Writ Petition filed by an employee of the Co-operative Department. The review grounds raised on merits deserves no further adjudication. The petitioner could not able to establish any error apparent on record. Re-appreciation of issues are impermissible.
