This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Subordinate Judge cum Rent Control Appellate Authority, Poonamallee to dispose the Rent Control Appeal in R.C.A. 7 of 2018 expeditiously.

2. The petitioner is a landlord. Earlier, he has filed a petition for eviction in R.C.O.P. 44 of 2016, and eviction ordered on 05.04.2018. Challenging the order of eviction, the respondent tenant filed an appeal in R.C.A. 7 of 2018 on the file of Subordinate Judge cum Rent Control Appellate Authority, Poonamallee, which is pending from the year 2018, and it was not disposed of as on date. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

3. I have heard and considered the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for respondent and perused the materials available on record carefully.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought in this Civil Revision Petition, without going to the merits of the case, and the matter is pending from the year 2018, the learned Subordinate Judge cum Rent Control Appellate Authority, Poonamallee is directed to dispose the appeal on merits in accordance with law within a period of three months from the 2/4
