This petition has been filed to set aside the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Memo No.C3/D.O.No.120/2019, dated 30.10.2019 against petitioner's husband namely Seenivasan, Son of Dhanushkodi, aged 42 years who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore and to direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

him at liberty.

2.When the matter is called today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner would submit that the Advisory Board itself has revoked the detention order and therefore, this petition has become infructuous. Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also confirmed the same.

3.In view of the above submissions, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
