ORDER

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the present revision is filed for expediting the trial. Pending CRP, the suit has been transferred to Commercial Division.

2. Since the Commercial Courts Act stipulates time for completion of trial, the said Court is now required to follow the procedure as and when it receives the papers of the suit.

3. For the present, subject to the above observation, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
