This petition has been filed by the accused / revision petitioner to condone the delay of 1467 days in filing Criminal Revision against the judgment of the II Additional Sessions Judge, Salem in C.A.No.36 of 2015 dated 07.08.2015.

2.When this petition came up for hearing before this Court on 10.02.2020, this Court has passed the following order: "Call this matter after two weeks for orders. The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) in the meanwhile, as as to consider the condone delay petition".

3. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not able to comply with the above said condition and hence he requests to pass appropriate order.

4. Considering the aforesaid fact, that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court dated 10.02.2020, this petition is dismissed.
