For Petitioner : Mr.S.Silambuselvan For Respondent : Mr.V.R.Anna Gandhi
ORDER
The wife is the permanent resident of Perumal Nagar, Thiruvannamalai. She married the respondent on 04.03.2022 at Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple,
Thiruvannamalai. Due to the dispute between the parties, the husband has initiated HMOP.No.173 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court at Thiruchengode.
2. The petitioner/wife pleads that she finds it extremely difficult leaving her widowed mother at home and travel all alone from Thiruvannamalai to Tiruchengode. Hence she seeks transfer.
3. Taking into consideration the interest of the wife, I am inclined to allow this transfer petition. H.M.O.P No. 173 of 2023 is transferred from the file of the Subordinate Judge, Thiruchengode and is transferred to the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai. It is made clear that the Family Court at Tiruvannamalai need not insist upon the respondent to appear for every hearing except the essential hearing. For non-essential or procedural hearings, he may be represented through a counsel.
4. With the above direction, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
