0 hectares, comprised in survey No.175, situated in Udayabakkam Village, Chengalpattu Taluk, Kancheepuram District(formerly Chengalpattu MGR District) (iv) 218.39.0 hectares, comprised in survey No.667, situated in Meyyur Village, Madurantakam Taluk, Kancheepuram District (formerly Chengalpattu MGR District), (in WMP.No.24252 to 24262/2000), (ii)to vacate the interim direction granted in WMP.No.24259 to 24202/2000 in WP.Nos.16776 to 16779/2000 dated 18.10.2000 in WMP.29294 to 29297/2000) respectively, pending disposal of W.P.No.16776 to 16779 of 2000.

JUDGMENT
(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) It has been informed by the learned counsel for the appellant that this appeal was filed against an interim direction of the learned Single Judge and with the passage of time, the main writ petition itself appears to have been disposed of way back in the year 2003 itself and this appeal has become infructuous.
