ORDER

This Petition seeks modification of the order of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for Exclusive trial relating to cheating cases at Chennai and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai, whereby an order dated 25.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No. 42742 of 2023 with respect to the condition that the surety should be family members.

2. That particular condition alone is modified that the surety should be solvent surety to be discharged to the satisfaction of the Magistrate. They need not strictly be family members.

3. In view of the above, this Petition is modified to that extent. Vsg 06.11.2023 Note: Issue order on 07.11.2023
