The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21814 of 2024 dated 05.09.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Sessions Judge, III Addl.Sessions Judge (FAC), Puducherry, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for 40 days and that the investigation has also been completed.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, and also considering the nature of offences, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
