A.Nos.6033 to 6038 of 2022 and A.Nos.2642 and 3718 of 2022 in C.S.No.1573 of 1994 N.SESHASAYEE.J., A.Nos.6033 to 6035 of 2022 are taken out to bring on record the Legal heirs of the deceased 4th defendant. So far as the legal representatives of the deceased / 4th defendant are concerned, notices have been served and Mr.P.Sivamani, the learned counsel had entered appearance.

2.Heard the learned counsel. A.Nos.6033 to 6035 of 2022 are allowed. The legal heirs of the 4th defendant (respondents 6 to 8) are directed to be impleaded as respondents 10 to 12 in A.No.2642 and 3178 of 2022. 3.Insofar as the 5th defendant is concerned, A.Nos.6036 to 6038 of 2022 have been taken to implead his legal heir viz. 9th respondent as the 13th respondent in A.Nos.2642 and 3178 of 2022. Notice has been served on him and his name also figures in the cause list, however, he is not represented by anyone. These applications are also allowed.

4.The Plaintiff is now required to carry out necessary amendment in the applications on or before 08.02.2023.
