Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondents 3 to 5 in O.S.No.131 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif at Udumalpet and O.S.No.466 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court at Udumalpet. 1/4

This petition has been filed seeking to forbear the official respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5.

It is seen that already two civil suits in O.S.No.131 of 2023 and O.S.No.466 of 2023 are pending before the Civil Courts. Therefore the petitioner can very well approach the Civil Court, where the suits are pending, and avail remedy.
