The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318, 336 of BNS Act in Crime No.Not known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that due to money dispute, a complaint was received against this petitioner and the same is under enquiry. If the petitioner co-operates with the enquiry, there may not be any necessity for taking coercive steps against the petitioner. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner herein to participate in the enquiry and proceed in accordance with law.
