(D) No.11, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare (S2) department issued by the 1st respondent herein and quash the same and consequentially direct the 3rd respondent to hand over the management of the mosque wakf to the petitioner and other office bearers of the mosque wakf namely Sunnath Jamath Jumma Mosque @ Sheik Khairullah Mosque, at Chinna Kanchipuram - 631 501. ORDER

The matter is listed under the caption " for dismissal", today. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already informed the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner about the hearing of this case.

2. Till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased petitioner. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
