ORDER

The 1st Revision Petitioner herein is the husband and he preferred this Civil Revision Petition seeking for speedy disposal. Originally, the D.V.C. Proceedings was initiated in the year of 2022 by the 1st respondent wife and thereafter, it was transferred to District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram on jurisdictional aspect. However, the 1st revision petitioner husband filed a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and the same was allowed. Inspite of that, the 1st respondent wife is not inclined to live with him. Hence, he prayed to issue a direction for speedy disposal.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioner only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the petitioner and inlaws are belong to Nagapattinam and they are not able to attend the court at Pallavaram and already the order passed in restitution of conjugal rights petition was not complied by the 1st respondent wife, this 2/4

Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to commence the trial and dispose the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
