ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to issue patta in her name in respect of the house property bearing No.634-A, 18th street, B.V.Colony, Vyasarpadi, Chennai - 600 039.

2. It is averred in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition that the petitioner has been residing in the the above said property along with her age old parents and children by paying House Tax, Metro Water Tax, Road Tax, Electricity Bill, etc. for about 50 years. It is also further averred that the property in question is surrounded by residential buildings and although the respondents have issued patta to all the building of that locality, they have failed to issue only to the petitioner alone. Therefore, she has made representations dated 24.05.2013 and 10.06.2015 to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents, but, the said representations, till date, have not been considered by them.

3. Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merit within a period of four weeks.

4. Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pass orders on the pending representations dated 24.05.2013 and 10.06.2015 of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
