NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 190 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgment made in Spl.S.C.No.207 of 2019 dated 14.08.2021, on the file of Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Salem.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3.Mr.C.E.Prathap, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondent Police and he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
