The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Second and third Respondents to pass orders for subject approval with reference to the appointment of the Petitioner in the post of B.T. Assistant (Science) in the Fourth Respondent School with assessment of salary grant and other consequential benefits based on the proposal forwarded by Second Respondent in No. Nil dated 03.07.2017.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for First to Third Respondents, on instructions, states that after filing of the Writ Petition, the Third Respondent by proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 5163/Aa2/2017 dated 16.04.2018 has granted the approval for appointment of the Petitioner and its copy has been placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges receipt of a copy of the same. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
