The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.5492 of 2022 dated 24.08.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5492 of 2022, has been complied by the respondent vide Letter bearing Ref.Na.Ka.No.186/2022, dated 21.12.2022.
