ORDER

The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. He would submit that in the order dated 18.03.2025, prayer portion mentioned does not relate to the present O.P and request to modify the same by adding the correct prayer.

2) Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and after

perusing the records, this Court directs the Registry to amend the prayer portion of the order dated 18.03.2025 as follows and issue the fresh order copy, Prayer portion in order dated 18.03.2025 "...Original Petition filed under Section 372 Part X of the Indian Succession Act read with Order XXV Rule 6 of Original Side Rules, prays that a Succession Certificate may be granted to the 4th petitioner with power to collect debts and to receive interest and dividends thereon and negotiate and transfer securities specified in the schedule hereto..."

Replace the same with "...Original Petition filed under Clause 17 of the Letters Patent Act, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to appoint the petitioner as the Guardian of the person and manage of the property of the mentally ill person Sheik Semmal Siddique S/o. Late M.haja Mohideen and for management of the assets and properties morefully set out in the schedule hereunder and other properties..."
