Prayer : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in No.X/WP17539/2015 dated 16.12.2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent absorb the petitioner in the Executive Branch of Railway Protection Force W.e.f. 1993 and grant retrospective promotion to the petitioner as Inspector, Executive Branch Railway Protection force with appropriate attendant service benefits, pay fixation and other Emoluments which the petitioner would be entitled to.
