ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.
This Case in Cr.No.232 of 2011 is registered for alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(2) of Indian Penal Code. The parties have moved on and have no objection to the case being disposed of on compromise. Due to the unique manner in which this designated bench conducts hybrid Page No.1 of 3
hearings, the filing of written affidavits or terms of compromise is dispensed with. Considering the factual matrix, the context in which the conflict arose, the background of the parties, and their present position, this is an appropriate case for the exercise of jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as per Gian Singh -vs- State of Punjab & another, (2012 10 SCC 303).

Accordingly, the proceedings in CC.No.100100 of 2011 on the file of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukalukundram Taluk, Chengalpattu, is quashed and this Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.
10.09.2025 mtl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
