Prayer in W.P.No.33070 of 2022 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to release the Taurus lorry bearing Registration No.AP-39UC-3479 seized by the 2nd respondent on 07.10.2022 to the petitioner. 2. In W.P.No.33068 of 2022, the quantity is about 25000 Kgs and in W.P.No.33070 of 2022, the quantity is about 23500 Kgs. The enquiry under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act is not yet over. 2/4

3. Considering the fact that the lorries were seized as early as on 09.09.2022 and 07.10.2022, there will be a direction for release of lorries on condition the petitioners provides a cash security of Rs.1,00,000/- each. No costs.
