This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16895 of 2024 on 18.07.2024 that the Petitioner shall appear before the trial Court every Tuesday at 10.30 am until completion of trial.

2.This Court while granting bail to the Petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner apart from the Court hearing dates, shall appear before the trial Court, every Tuesday at 10.30 am, until completion of trial, failing which, the bail shall be cancelled automatically.

3.Heard both sides.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that SC No.161 of 2024 has been assigned before the trial court and the next hearing date has also been fixed on 15.11.2024 before the trial Court. 4.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16895 of 2024 on 18.07.2024 in 5(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on 15.11.2024 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Court, concerned.
