Crl.M.P. No.15732 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.21217 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.21217 of 2024 on 12.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 AM, until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation was completed and the case is before the I Additional EC & NDPS Court, Chennai and the case is posted on 20.12.2024 for framing of charges.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the I Additional EC & NDPS Court, Chennai on 20.12.2024 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Court. Thereby,the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.

No.21217 of 2024 on 12.09.2024 is modified.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
