/ 2 / Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondent to furnish security to the tune of award amount with 18 percent interest as on date interest of Rs.4,64,32,760/- failing which attach the property namely Banyan comprising of Hotel and Kalyana Mandabam situate at 390/1B (as per Patta 452 S.No.390/1B) of Vardharajapuram, Village, Bangalore Highway, Poonamalle Taluk, Thiruvallur District - 600 123 more fully described in the schedule (in the Judge's Summons) subject to the mortgage of the property made with the second respondent.

This Original Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that an Award has already been passed.
