The petitioner herein is claiming that he is a student been, wrongly roped in a criminal case registered in Crime No.109 of 2021 dated 04.09.2021 on the file of Ariyoor police station, Vellore. 1/4

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that earlier when the petitioner sought for quash of the complaint, this Court directed the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of two months and file final report. However, in spite of the said order dated 17.02.2022, so far the respondent police has not completed the investigation. Hence the present petition is filed to expedite the investigation and file a final report as early as possible. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that the investigation is completed and within a period of one month, final report will be filed.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
