C.M.P.No.22378 of 2022 in S.A.No.548 of 2018 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petition is filed to restore the above SA.No.548 of 2018 which was dismissed for default on the counsel for Appellants dated 28.09.2022 and to permit the appellants to proceed with the above Second Appeal.

2. Considering the fact that the same reasons have been given in the affidavit for the restoration and for the delay condonation and since the delay has been condoned, the Second Appeal is restored to file as prayed for.

3. Post the matter finally for arguments on 04.01.2023.
