This application is filed seeking to raise the prohibitory order dated 29.08.2019 made in A.No.8709 of 2019 attaching the salary of the first respondent.

2. It is stated in paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of the application that after the order of attachment was passed by this Court on 29.08.2019, the matter between the applicant and the respondent has been amicably settled.

3. As the matter has already been settled, the order of attachment of salary of the second respondent passed in A.No.8709 of 2019 dated 29.08.2019 is raised and vacated and the application is ordered.
