(Judgment of the Court was delivered by J.Nisha Banu, J. and R.Kalaimathi, J.) The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed to set aside the fair and decree order dated 26.05.2022 passed in I.A.No.3 of 2020 in H.M.O.P.No.429 of 2019 by the Family Court at Krishnagiri.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that the main H.M.O.P.No.429 of 2019 itself has been disposed of by the Court below and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
