This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1090 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.60/- in the above second appeal in SA.SR.No.156001 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1090 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
