Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in para No.7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.23412 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024.

2.This Court while granting bail to the Petitioner imposed a condition that the Petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.Heard both sides. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation is pending.

4.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23412 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the Petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
