Again the matter was listed on 28.08.2024 none represented on behalf of the petitioner and therefore Registry was directed to list the matter on 30.08.2024 under the caption "for dismissal". When the matter was called today i.e., 30.08.2024 none represented on behalf of the petitioner and it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
