ORDER

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Ravikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 to 3.

3. According to him, his representation dated 15.07.2019 given to the District Collector, Revenue Divisional Officer and Tahsildar for change of patta has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed seeking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to change over the patta in the petitioner's name in respect of the land situated in S.No.97/2 Ramanaickenpalayam Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District.

4.On perusal of the representation as well as the other documents annexed in the typed set of papers, this Court finds in this representation dated 15.07.2019 the petitioner though referred about the patta, A Register, Adandal and Encumbrance Certificate, none of the said documents are enclosed in his representation. Therefore, this Court is not in a position to issue Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 15.07.2019, which is bereft of details and documents. Hence, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. The dismissal of the writ petition shall not stand in the way of the petitioner to make fresh representation with all necessary documents in this regard and seeks for patta. No order as to costs.
