Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 106 days in filing the above criminal revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No.52470 of 2019, against the order dated 08.04.2019, made in C.No.07/Sec.Pro/DC.AN/2019 in Villivakkam Police Station in Crime No.01/Inspr.V1PS/Sec.Pro./2019 u/s.107 of Cr.P.C., by the 1st respondent, is hereby condoned.
The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No.52470 of 2019, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
