This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 29.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16899 of 2021, thereby directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A2/4694/2020, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties and after receipt of the report from the respondents 2 & 3, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent conducted enquiry and passed orders on 09.01.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 09.01.2021, passed by the first respondent before this Court.
