This petition is filed to condone the delay of 265 days in filing the petition to restore the M.P. No. 1 of 2011 in C.M.A. SR. No. 106787/2010 which was dismissed for default on 21.01.2019.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 265 days is condoned and the petition is ordered and M.P. No. 1 of 2011 is restored to file. It is made clear that the petitioner is not entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal.
