The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners stated that a mistake has crept into the paragraph No.3 of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 07.11.2023. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the paragraph No.3 of the order dated 07.11.2023 is to be read as follows:

"Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.
