These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 736 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 7th respondent, Pachiammal, in the appeal ; to set aside abatement ; and to bring on record the proposed respondents 12 to 17 / legal representatives of the deceased 7th respondent as respondents 12 to 17 in the above appeal in S.A.No.1393 of 2011.

2. Despite notice served on the 7th respondent, there is no representation for the respondents.

3. Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the delay, this Court is convinced that the petitioner has given satisfactory reasons to condone the delay.
