Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court monthly twice on Monday at 10.00 a.m., and apart from that appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, expect for unavoidable circumstances.
