The petitioners herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 316, 318 of BNS, in Crime No.Not Known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the complaint 1/3

petition is pending against this petitioner and the same is yet to be enquired.

3. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed, with a direction to the petitioner herein to participate in the enquiry process on receipt of summons. The respondent police shall complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioner co-operates with the enquiry, unless there is a serious cognizable offence is made out, the petitioner will not be subjected to any coercive action. 04.09.2025 drl To 1.The Judicial Magistrate No.VII, Coimbatore.
