When admittedly the petitioner's representation has been considered by the University on 20.10.2022 and the direction of this Court was only to the effect that the respondents are to consider only the representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved against the order of the University dated 20.10.2022, liberty is hereby granted to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
